Empire State Psychological Services accepts cash, credit/debit cards, or checks.
Payment is due at the time of the visit.
Insurance
Most insurances are accepted.
Insurance coverage varies with each plan.
Usually there is a copayment or coinsurance – both are commonly less than $25, which the patient pays at the time of service; and with some plans there is an annual deductible.
Please determine what your insurance covers before the first visit.
Cancellation
Please cancel any appointment more than 24 hours in advance or there may be a charge for the missed appointment.
